Audit and defer third-party scripts

Eight third-party scripts (Klaviyo, Facebook Pixel, Clarity, Smile.io, POWr, pop-convert, Judge.me, LogBase) contribute 530ms of Total Blocking Time. Many have very short cache lifetimes (3-20 minutes).

(1) Load all third-party scripts with defer or async attributes. (2) Evaluate whether all 8 services are actively used — remove unused ones. (3) Use Shopify's Customer Privacy API to delay non-essential scripts until after user consent. (4) Consider replacing POWr widgets with native Shopify sections.
