Add descriptive alt text to key images

Images without meaningful alt text are inaccessible to screen reader users — a significant portion of the chronically ill community P+M serves. This also affects image SEO.

In Shopify Admin → Online Store → Customize, for each content image section, add descriptive alt text. For the 'Our Story' section image, add: 'Founder of Poppy + Monarch wearing enamel pins at a community event.' For product images, ensure all alt text fields are filled with descriptive product names and colors.
