Optimize and resize oversized logo image

The logo image (website_header_V2.jpg) is 3506×2388 pixels but displayed at ~116×79 pixels, wasting 314 KiB on every page load and contributing to a 17.2s mobile LCP.

In Shopify Admin → Files, replace the logo with a properly sized WebP image (max 300×200px, <10 KiB). Alternatively, append ?width=300&format=webp to the image URL in theme settings.
